Am I qualified to carry the CNOR title

Am I qualified to carry the CNOR title?
Hi! I graduated from Malaysian Ministry of health in Post Basic Peri-operative nursing. Does this certification qualifies me to carry the title CNOR? If not, what title can i place besides SRN (State Registered Nurse)? TQ for your answer. With response I have a certificate from Malaysian Ministry of Health to verify that I have attended and passed the post basic in peri operative nursing course and been certified with the qualification as stated in the certificate.. Does that allow me to carry the "C" title?

Normally to be a "certified" anything, one must take a certifying exam. Take for instance, I went to school for Surgical Technology, I graduated as a Vocational Specialist in Surgical Technology, I will hold THAT title forever...however...I needed to take my national certifying examination in order to hold the title Certified Surgical Technologist, (of course I did, no one will hire one that isn't) I am also an RN, I did not specialize in any part of nursing, or test to be certified in any specialty of nursing, so I can't add that 'C' in front of my title. Even if I wanted to be an operating room nurse, I would have to take the certifying examination to have the title Cert. OR Nurse-just being a Nurse and a Surg Tech alone doesn't certify me. I hope this makes sense.

Scholarship or bank loan for a Malaysian student

Scholarship or bank loan for a Malaysian student?
I'm finished with my nursing course, and i want to get into Flinders University in Adelaide under the Pre-Registration Bachelor of Nursing, but its $18000 p.a. I'm a Malaysian, but a Singapore PR, is there any way that i can get a scholarship? I'm not sure if bank loans are advisable, i'm afraid of paying back the loan amount, with the high interest. Furthermore,my family is not so supportive of me so i'm only depending on myself. Please don't tell me anything about FAFSA or anything that is under the US, they won't be able to help, like i said, I am a Malaysian and a Singapore PR. I am really keen to go,but i just don't know how to get the money. Thanks.

I am a registered nurse in my home country. Currently, I am studying in the UK for BSc (Hons) Nursing. I intend to do a Masters in Nurse Education in the USA. Can I work in the USA after completing the program? I have no post-registration nursing experiences.

I believe so, but you will need to have your future employer sponsor you to come into the country because your visa will change. Unfortunately I don't know the specifics about immigration from Malaysia, however I can say that you can not legally work on a student visa if that is what you are asking.
